Planning, design, and construction coordination for 100 Acre Regional Shopping Mall including sanitary sewer, storm drain and water facilities. Coordination, planning and scheduling of over $35 Million of Off-Site Infrastructure including the Grant Line Road/Hwy 205 Fwy Interchange. Designed Permanent Dewatering System.

Land planning and zoning, Tentative Parcel Map preparation, boundary/right-of-way surveys, topographic surveys, Parcel Maps, Tentative Subdivision Maps, Industrial subdivision developments, Local, State & Federal Regulatory Agency Permitting, Subdivision/ Development Agreements; Final Subdivision Maps, Prelininary site plans, Plan development application processing, water, sewer, and storm drain infrastructure projects, street improvement projects, special assessment and financing district formations, construction staking and construction administration and inspection services.

Queen Creek Marketplace - Queen Creek, AZ  
MVE kept the project on schedule by providing prompt service and open lines of communication throughout. Surveying and engineering on this 110 acre site presented various challenges that required both field and office expertise.

Circle Cross Ranch - Pinal County, AZ  
MVE provided construction staking including radial calculations, staking control set-up, as-built documents for this 18.52 acre commercial center located at SW corner of Gantzel Road and Combs Road.

Deer Valley - Phoenix, AZ  
MVE was the primary engineering and survey consulting firm for this project. Services for this sub-division included pre-application meeting, storm drainage hydrology report, grading drainage report, calculated site plan, on-site improvement plans, including working with the City to gain all necessary approvals, joint utility trench design and composite plan, Alta surveying, minor land division map and application processing.

Estrella Marketplace - Goodyear, AZ  
MVE provided construction staking, pad as-builts, and as-builts for this
commercial shopping center located near Estrella Parkway and Interstate 10.

Superstition Commerce Park - Mesa, AZ  
Project site runs along Superstition Freeway near Sossman Road and features 695,000+ sq. ft. of commercial space. MVE provided construction staking services for this commercial space including rough grade, finish grade, building layout, utilities, curb and gutter, parking lot lights, waste water management, off-site, pad as-builts, and as-builts.
