Modesto's Mid Valley Engineering Ranked among the "Best Civil Engineering Firms to Work For"

ATLANTA, GEORGIA - Mid-Valley Engineering, a Modesto based land planning, engineering and surveying company has been selected as one of the nation's top winners in CE News magazine's "Best Civil Engineering Firms to Work For" contest for 2004. Mid-Valley Engineering ranked nationally 6th out of the 50 companies selected for recognition and was the highest ranking among Northern California firms on the list.

All of the firms that participated in the contest completed an extensive questionnaire about workplace practices and executed an Employee Satisfaction Survey to their staff. The contest was developed by CE News to provide readers with a meaningful ranking of human resource factors impacting the quality of the employment experience in the civil engineering industry and to assist firms in their staff recruiting and retention efforts.
