Planning and pre-design for all aspects of this 400± acre community, including design of the street and circulation network, storm drainage systems, water systems, sewer systems, supporting design calculations, and financing issues.

The Preserve - Stockton, CA
Planning and pre-design for all aspects of this 360 acre community, including design of the street and circulation network, storm drainage systems, water systems, sewer systems, supporting design calculations, and financing issues.

Reinero Property - Merced, CA
Boundary survey, aerial topographic survey, preliminary bubble plan layout, preliminary lotting layout, sewer systems, storm drainage plan, domestic water system plan, vesting tentative subdivision map, and development agreement for this 400 ± acre community.

The Lakes At Dayton Valley - Dayton, NV   (more info...)
Tentative subdivision map, boundary and topography survey, improvement plans, subdivision construction staking, and monumentation for this 584 ± acre community.

North Stockton Developers Group - Stockton, CA
Planning and pre-design for all aspects of this 3500± acre community including due diligence, survey, and preliminary subdivision layout and masterplans.

Planning and pre-design for all aspects of the 370± acre Northwest Turlock community and 280± acre Northeast Turlock community. Pelandale-Snyder/Carver Bangs - Modesto, CA   (more info...)
Planning, design and construction management for master plan community of 560 acres within the Pelandale-Snyder and Carver-Bangs Specific Plan Areas, including preparation of sanitary sewer master plans for the entire Specific Plan area, as well as all other infrastructure required for the development - water, storm drainage, etc...

Summer Lakes & Country Club - Oakley, CA   (more info...)
Planning and pre-design for all aspects of this 679 ± acre community, including feasibility studies, project master plans, permitting, design of street and circulation network, water systems, sewer systems, storm drainage systems (40 ± acre lake), levee system, pump station design (sewer and storm drainage), construction staking, improvement plans, tentative subdivision map, and financing issues.

Mountain Springs - Tuolumne, CA   (more info...)
Planning and design for all aspects of this 1,119 ± acre community which will accomodate 2,076 dwelling units. Work includes the design of the infrastructure (water, sewer, storm drain and roads) related to the Master Plan Community.

Madiera Master Plan - Goodyear, AZ
Currently, MVE is performing boundary verification, conceptual lotting and preliminary plat design for the project. The first phase encompasses 140 acres and is currently utilized as a dairy farm; however, the land will be transformed into single-family residential units.

N. Figarden - Fresno, CA
MVE served as the primary consultant on the Figarden project, providing field investigation, ALTA survey mapping, entitlement/permit processing, subdivision sketches, cost estimates, tentative and final maps, off-site and in-tract improvement plans, grading plans, off-site and in-tract construction staking and monumentation.
