Alder Creek Elementary School​

Exciting news! The Folsom-Cordova Unified School District has given the green light to Alder Creek Elementary School, and MVE is onsite to ensure a successful construction. The school will be located at 4545 Old Ranch Way in the 3,585-acre Folsom Ranch Development Area, one of the largest master plans in Northern California. With a sleek two-story design spanning over 71,000 square feet, the campus will cater to a total of 764 students from transitional kindergarten to fifth grade. Construction began in March, with a grand opening expected in July 2024.
