Annadale Commons celebrated their grand opening 3 weeks ago. This $15 million dollar senior housing development consist of 32 - 1 bedroom units and 8 - 2 bedroom units. Annadale provides permanent affordable housing for low-income people ages 62 and older can be located at 1515 East Annadale Avenue, in southwest Fresno. Occupancy has already been obtained and MVE is very proud to have worked with Self-Help Enterprises to complete this project.
