Construction is wrapping up on the new 4,000-square-foot Starbucks in the Atwater Marketplace. ADA parking, ramp, trash corral, apron, and path of travel will be completed by the end of next week, with the drive-thru following shortly after. The bike rack, lockers, electrical gear, and HVAC units are being shipped and the location will be ready for Starbucks by early April. MVE is proud to have been a part of this successful project.
