Arthur at Blackstone

​The Arthur @ Blackstone project officially broke ground this past June along Blackstone Ave. in Fresno. We are proud to be the engineers for this project, which will result in 41 units of affordable housing aimed at low-income families. A total of twenty apartments will be reserved for young people who are homeless or are transitioning out of institutions. Onsite supportive services will be available to residents. Case management services, therapy, peer support services, and other resources will be provided by the agency. More updates will be provided as they become available.
