​​Here’s an update on the Arthur at Blackstone project in Fresno, CA. We submitted Onsite Improvement Plans to the architect for City submittal. Offsite Plans will be submitted to the various divisions and FMFCD as we draft the ALTA for client to review. Parcel Merger were also submitted for recording.
