​A topographic survey is being conducted by our engineer for ADA improvements at the Central Valley Plaza in Modesto. In the early 2000s, MVE was the original engineer for this plaza. This plaza is located along Sisk Road near Highway 99. Other improvements include replacing incandescent lighting with LEDs, improving the landscaping, remodeling the facade, and constructing a building for Petco. Additional information regarding this project will be provided as it becomes available.
