Here’s the latest on Corazon del Valle. This is a housing project in Fresno, CA. We just received the second round of plan check comments and will be finalizing coordination between offsite and onsite plans. We are also addressing comments and reviewing plans for Value Engineering Design to try to reduce construction costs. A fire water permit needs to be submitted soon. A new ALTA will be generated after updating the title report.
