​Construction of Corazon Del Valle Commons in Huron has finally begun. We have been providing engineering services since January. Improvement plans are currently being prepared with two underground fire main submissions. Located at 12th and Fresno Street, this apartment complex will sit on 9.68 acres. It is intended that Corazón del Valle Commons will consist of 61 residential units ranging in size from one to four bedrooms. In addition, there will be a community building for resident activities and commercial space.
