​​​MVE is providing professional services at Crossroads West Unit 2. The City has provided verbal approval for the Final Map and Subdivision Improvement Plans. We are waiting for the Fire Department to sign off on the plans and then the City will sign. There was a Preconstruction Meeting onsite this week to discuss the grading of the Dairy Mitigation area as well as discussion about the In-Tract construction. More updates to come.
