​The construction of a five-story senior housing project in Culver City has begun and we are providing professional services to the project. Near the corner of Sepulveda Place and Washington Boulevard, the site is located at 11141 Washington Boulevard. Building amenities will include 2,300 square feet of ground floor retail and 134 housing units for senior citizens, along with 154 beds for assisted living and memory care units.
