MVE is providing services for a new project in Culver City. On a site of .88 acres at 11141 Washington Boulevard, a five-story building will house 134 residential units and 154 beds for assisted living with dementia. The project would also include 2,300 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and an 84-car underground garage. Approximately 20 to 25 employees will work each day to serve residents averaging 83 years of age. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
