Here’s an update on Doragon @ Chinatown in Fresno. Commercial and Utility Onsite Plans have been resubmitted after plancheck. We are waiting for grading backcheck comments to resubmit for a Grading Permit. Geometric Approval Drawing (GAD) and offsite street plans have been submitted to the City. Final negotiations are occurring with the chosen contractor. Construction will begin soon.
