Elmwood Estates Subdivision

In the ongoing development of the Elmwood Estates project in Denair, our civil engineer is incorporating revisions to the plans based on valuable feedback from both the City and County. Situated on a 4.8-acre parcel along Story Road this subdivision will showcase 17 single-family homes, ranging in size from 8,000 to 10,594 square feet. Each lot will feature a minimum of a 2-car garage and 2 driveway spaces, ensuring ample parking for residents.

Additionally, the project involves a significant 13,098 square-foot expansion to a local stormwater basin.
