Here’s an update on what our engineers have been doing as Greenwood Cottages takes shape with the grading. We are hard at work completing the final map. The city and consultants are reviewing the Improvement Plans. KLA has reviewed the comments on the landscape plans and is editing them. Also, Vertical Plans will be reviewed and comments are due this week. In addition, a new construction sign with the new Greenwood logo has been installed.
