The first concrete pour in one the courts happened. This residential development in Galt, CA will be located at the corner of Lake Park Avenue and Carillion Boulevard. The planned community will feature 226 single-family residential homes on 16 acres with ample community open space. Greenwood will also host pedestrian scale streets and green space landscaping to enhance the overall feel of the community. Phase I consists of 40 low-maintenance lots and will likely go vertical by December. More updates on this project to come.
