Here are updates on Greenwood Cottages in Galt. The perimeter wall is complete, and our guys are staking the project. We are also finishing up contract closeout, including permit close out and lien release. The third review by the City and Landscape Plan comments have just been submitted. We are getting closer to construction on Greenwood! Stay tuned for more information as this is going to be a unique residential project with two and three story homes.
