The following is an update on Phase I of Greenwood Cottages in Galt. Joint trenches are being installed along Carrillon Boulevard. Despite the fact that concrete paving is on its way, the streets are now paved with rock. We are also testing the water connection. While Greenwood is proposing 226 Single Family Residential on 16 acres, the first phase of 40 lots will go vertical first. Concrete pour will be happening soon so stay tuned for more progress on this development.
