John Barrett Middle School​

​​MVE is working on the John Barrett Middle School in Carmichael. This middle school is undergoing a full modernization, funded by the district’s bond program. Barrett Middle School is in the process of a full-campus renovation, including a brand new science building, multipurpose room and expanded parking lot. Current classrooms are also being fully modernized to meet 21st century standards, as well as updates to outdoor quad areas and fencing that will enforce a single point of entry onto campus. The renovated campus is expected to be completed by December 2022. Check back for more progress on this middle school.
