​​​Kinect at Southport is making progress. We resubmitted a Lot Line Adjustment showing a Deceleration Lane on Jefferson and minor changes to site plan. Kinect will be a 292 unit five-story multifamily development at 2415 Jefferson Boulevard. The project site is 11.4 acres and is zoned Mixed Use Neighborhood Commercial.  More information will be provided as soon as it is available.
