MVE is providing engineering services for the Kinect @ Southport Apartments in West Sacramento. The 11.4-acre site is located along Jefferson Boulevard and the Clarksburg Branch Line Trail, south of Gateway Drive, and north of Lake Washington Boulevard. The complex consists of 322 multifamily units over six four-story buildings featuring elevators and private garages, 504 parking spaces, and 20 bicycle parking spaces. Amenities include a state-of-the-art recreation center, a clubhouse, a volleyball court, basketball court, pickleball court, a gym, and a playground. As construction kicked off back in September, the project is expected to finish within the next 2 to 4 years. Stay tuned for more updates.
