Here’s an update on the Magnolia Villas in Santa Monica. MVE is proud to have been involved with this project since it began in early 2020 and is nearing completion. Located at 1445 and 1453 10th Street in Santa Monica, CA, the $23-million development will provide 40 units of senior housing for a variety of income levels. The proposed development will have a total floor area of 26,875 square feet and consist of 39 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit for the manager. Residents will have access to nearby health amenities and transportation options. A number of pharmacies and Kaiser Permanente are nearby, as well as UCLA Medical Center. Numerous bus lines serve the area. There is a wide variety of leisure options within a mile, including the Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica State Beach, and Third Street Promenade, which features movie theaters, restaurants, cafes, and shopping.
