One of our civil engineers is hard at work preparing the schematic design for the E. Morris Avenue project in Modesto, CA. This project is planned to be a blended community, combining supportive housing with affordable housing on a single, one-acre parcel. The apartment complex will feature 42-units, 50% of which will be dedicated to residents with need of supportive services. The remaining units are unrestricted and can accommodate families, seniors, transitioning youth, and others. MVE is pleased to be working with Self-Help Enterprises and the Stanislaus Equity Partners to bring this exciting community to life. Stay tuned for more updates.
