MVE is back in Santa Monica working with Walton Construction on the Pacific Landing apartment project. This residential project is located at 2120 Lincoln Boulevard in Santa Monica. The approximately $28.2-million development is on pace for completion in the Summer or Fall of 2021. The project will replace a vacant gas station at the northwest corner of Lincoln and Pacific Street. Pacific Landing is proposing a four-story edifice featuring 37 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments above 459 square feet of ground-floor retail. Parking would also be provided for nine vehicles.
