We are providing construction surveying services for a Prologis distribution center in Hayward. Building is speculated to be a state-of-the-art distribution center with direct Bay Area access. The site is close to the Port of Oakland, Peninsula via Hwy 84 and Hwy 92, and Silicon Valley. The 5-acre distribution center will have a 93,515 SF warehouse and 3,000 SF office. Additionally, there will be 100 parking stalls, 2,500 amps, 32 feet of clear height, 17 dock doors, and so much more.
