MVE is currently on-site providing professional services for the upcoming River Grove Apartments in Oakhurst, CA. This 6-acre complex will consist of 120 units, spread out over twelve 3-story apartment buildings, with a community center and 150 parking spaces. The community will be accessible from Sierra Way, providing easy access to the surrounding area. We are pleased to be partnering with Self-Help Enterprises once again to bring more affordable housing solutions to Madera County.
