MVE is providing professional services for the River Grove Apartments project in Oakhurst, CA. This project has just been granted $3.5 million in Super NOFA funding as part of a statewide effort to provide more affordable housing. Phase I will include 70 multi-family units, with 22 of them designated for permanent supportive housing. More updates on this project to come.
