Our guys are back on the Sacramento Commons in Downtown Sacramento! This project will consist of two mirrored, seven-story buildings totaling 110,000 sf of apartments, retail space and subterranean parking. The total project size of Sac Commons is about 11.17 acres. The first phase covers 3.8 acres of the development site. MVE will be on-site as needed to assist with construction surveying services. Stay tuned for more updates on this mixed-use project.
