MVE is back on onsite providing professional services for the Santa Monica Vermont Apartments project in Los Angeles. A six-story apartment complex with 187 units will be built, 100% of which will be affordable. Half of the units will be designated for low-income individuals, while the other half will be designated for homeless individuals. A food court, health clinic, and bike hub will be included in the complex, which will bring together local and legacy small businesses. Additionally, 69 parking spaces will be available in the underground garage. Located at the Vermont/Santa Monica station, the complex allows families to reduce their housing and transportation expenses.
