Santa Monica Vermont Apartments

MVE is providing surveying services for the Santa Monica Vermont project in Los Angeles, CA. The project consists of a six-story apartment complex with 187 residential units, a lobby level, amenities, and retail space, and a basement level for underground parking. Developed by Little Tokyo Service Center, the project will offer affordable housing for low-income and unhoused Angelenos. A few of the services MVE provided to Walton Construction included establishing control points, establishing, and monitoring off-set marks to identify piles, major gridlines, and property lines, verifying the building elevation, and placing stakes to mark the perimeter of the building, curbs and gutters, driveways, sidewalks, streetlights, and tree wells.
