The following is an update on Caltrans' Phase I project for State Route 132 (SR-132) in Modesto. Construction of the two-lane roadway and bridges from State Route 99 to Dakota Avenue included the construction of a center turn lane on North Dakota Avenue from the proposed State Route 132 to the existing State Route 132 (Maze Boulevard). A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held at the Rosemore Bridge on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022. Since 2019, MVE has been working on this $100 million project that has been in the planning phase for over 60 years. Please stay tuned for more information regarding Phase II.
