Here’s an update on Caltrans’ State Route 132 project in Modesto: after three years of construction, the SR 132 Phase I Expressway is now fully open! The two-lane expressway is expected to create safer travel, reduce traffic congestion and commute times, and help the valley get its agricultural and manufacturing goods to market more efficiently.
