MVE is on-site at the $61.6 million Brine Residential project for the first time. Earlier this month, Decro revealed that it had raised $110 million in public and private funding to construct three affordable housing developments in Los Angeles. Those three projects are Brine Residential, McDaniel House, and NoHo 5050. We are excited to announce that Walton Construction has hired us to provide surveying and construction staking services for Brine Residential. The project will consist of 976 apartments on a 97,000-square-foot campus at the former A-1 Eastern Homemade Pickle Company site in Lincoln Heights. Housing, food, health care, and child care will be provided to residents. Updates will be provided as this project develops.
