One of our land surveyors is currently working on the Wood Colony Plaza project, located at 3900 Pelandale Avenue in Modesto, CA. This shopping plaza boasts an In-N-Out, Yogurt Mill, Chevron, and more, as well as two large vacant buildings (one formerly housing a Save Mart and the other a Rite Aid). Vintage Properties has been purchasing older, historic properties in Modesto with the purpose of renovating and leasing them to bring new life and business to the city.
