Kinect at southport

​​​​Here is an update on Kinect at the Southport apartments in West Sacramento. Kinect will consist of six buildings, each of which will be four stories high. MVE is preparing to submit revised improvement plans for approval. There are a number of updates that need to be made to this 322-unit project, including an updated lot line adjustment, an updated right-of-way dedication, and an additional easement legal description. Follow back for more updates as the first building is scheduled to open approximately 20 months after the start of construction. It is anticipated that residents will begin moving in about two years.
