7-Eleven – Oakley is a commercial development on Empire Avenue that incorporated Low Impact Development (LID) measures to manage stormwater runoff and meet City requirements. The project included revisions to the site’s grading, utility and stormwater plans to accommodate additional on-site treatment areas. MVE provided engineering services for storm drain design, stormwater calculations and plan revisions.
