Atwater Marketplace

Atwater Marketplace is a 14.7-acre retail shopping center located at the northwest corner of Bellevue Road and Winton Way in Atwater, California. MVE provided construction surveying and staking for on-site and off-site improvements, including building layout, grading, utilities, storm drainage, curb and sidewalk improvements, and other site features. MVE also provided finished pad surveys and pad certification to support construction of the retail buildings.

MVE later provided consulting services for a proposed Starbucks at Atwater Marketplace, including topographic surveying and mapping, improvement plans and processing, stormwater quality control planning, project management and meetings, and construction support.
