Avena Bella, Phase I & II

Here’s an update on Avena Bella Phase II in Turlock, CA. Phase II has been functioning since January and is currently filled with tenants. Huff Construction finished building the 61 units from ground up in 13 months. We want to thank Huff for the opportunity to serve as the engineer for this project.
