Avenal State Prison

The Avenal State Prison project included the development of multiple modular healthcare and support facilities within the prison complex, with the initial five sites totaling approximately 28,280 square feet of combined building area. MVE provided surveying and civil engineering services, including topographic surveys and civil engineering design, followed by construction staking, pad certification, and record drawings for the five-building Modular Health Services Clinic. MVE supported the construction of building foundations, utilities, grading, sidewalks, fencing, drainage features, and other site improvements.
