Cabrillo Gateway is an 81-unit supportive housing community at Century Villages at Cabrillo in Long Beach, providing housing and services for formerly homeless veterans and families. The development creates a welcoming campus entrance while incorporating a health clinic, social services center, outdoor gathering spaces, and pedestrian connections that strengthen the surrounding community. MVE provided construction surveying and staking services to support the successful development of this important housing resource.
