We're currently working on Cherry Crossing Phase II in Sanger, which will bring 64 additional units to the 1360 Cherry Avenue site.
Cherry Crossing Phase I brought 72 units of affordable housing, including 18 homes dedicated to farmworker families. With a central community hub and outdoor spaces for play and connection, this development truly creates a safe and welcoming neighborhood.
