The San Joaquin County Office of Education acquired the old State Hotel, a 15,000 square-foot building, to serve as the downtown headquarters for CodeStack Academy, featuring classroom space on the first floor and office space on the top two floors, with adjacent parking for the facility.
MVE is providing comprehensive land surveying and civil engineering services for the project, including boundary survey, topographic survey, design development set, onsite and offsite improvement plans including record drawings, stormwater quality control plan, and construction support. MVE also subcontracted with GPRS for location of underground utilities.
