Here’s an update on the Cottage Series project in Esparto, CA: Our engineers are meeting to review the latest revisions to the grading and drainage plans. This new 41-acre subdivision will feature 120 single-family residential lots, plus a 2.5-acre multi-family apartment complex with 60 units reserved for low-to-moderate income households.
