Crystal Cove Historic District

Crystal Cove Historic District Phase III continued the preservation and restoration of the historic coastal cottages within Crystal Cove State Park. The $47 million project includes infrastructure improvements such as new retaining walls, underground electrical, water, and sewer utilities, and a 650-foot-long elevated boardwalk to improve access while preserving the character of the historic district. MVE provided construction surveying and staking services to support the accurate implementation of the project improvements.
