El Camino College’s Center for Applied Technology (Shops Building) is a 44,400-square-foot, state-of-the-art instructional facility that supports hands-on education in automotive technology, automotive collision repair, welding technology, and heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR). Designed with flexible learning spaces, modern industry equipment, sustainable features, and dedicated outdoor work areas, the facility provides students with a professional environment for technical education. MVE provided construction surveying and staking services to support the accurate layout and construction of the new building and associated site improvements.
