Fairfield-Vacaville Train Station

Fairfield-Vacaville Train Station created a new Capitol Corridor connection serving Fairfield and Vacaville and became the centerpiece of a major transit-oriented development area. The $38 million project included an intermodal train station, 800-foot passenger platform, Peabody Road overpass, pedestrian and bicycle underpass, bus transfer area, parking, and improvements to surrounding roadways and rail infrastructure. MVE provided construction surveying and staking throughout the station, overpass, underpass, roadway, trackwork, and site improvements, supporting the construction of a safer and more connected regional transit hub.
