Florence Mills Apartments is a new mixed-use development providing 74 affordable housing units for low-income families, including 19 apartments reserved for veterans experiencing homelessness, along with approximately 5,000 square feet of commercial space. MVE provided surveying services for the project by updating an ALTA survey, delivering current property information to support the continued development and documentation of the site.
