Franklin High School

Franklin High School Reconstruction and Modernization transformed the 42-acre Stockton campus through new classroom and administrative facilities, site improvements, and major utility infrastructure upgrades. The multi-phase project modernized campus facilities while improving circulation, parking, drainage and other supporting infrastructure. MVE provided surveying, engineering, construction staking and as-built services throughout the project.
